At Decor Style, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box over any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
